Firefly Grill STL

For lunch ordered the half of wedge salad and I added salmon as my protein. Our server was fantastic. She asked if medium was how I wanted my salmon cooked and she asked if I wanted my salad chopped up before it is served. Of course I said yes to both. The salmon was seasoned nicely and it was juicy and flavorful. The salmon was cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed this salad. This is a cute little restaurant with friendly staff.

Staff is incredibly friendly, food is always piping hot, and the cocktails are always perfect! We have only been here a handful of times but it's already a regular in our rotation. The house side salad is very generous and fresh. The ranch dressing is elevated with the addition of dill. One of the best burgers in St Louis and you can never go wrong with the grilled chicken club (a grilled chicken breast not deli meat) or the chicken Philly - the bread is an excellent balance of soft and crispy!

Everything was delicious. We had the Brussels sprout appetizer and the spinach artichoke dip! Really good Had their Tangy salad with nuts and goat cheese. YUMMY and smash burger. I would totally recommend this spot

Wonderful local Chesterfield restaurant. The space is beautiful with soaring high ceilings with a lodge type feel. Service was excellent as it appeared to be a place that was adequately staffed. A hard find these days. The Brussel sprouts appetizer was delicious and large. My chicken sandwich was also very tasty. For nicer weather, they also gave a large patio. Will be back!

West County has spoken, and Firefly Grill STL takes the crown for Best Happy Hour! So, of course, we had to celebrate the win the right way—by heading over for Happy Hour on their beautiful patio! (You can find the poll on the West County Social Facebook group) Happy Hour runs Tuesday – Friday, 2-6 PM For our first round of drinks, we kicked things off with a Firefly Margarita and a Blue Moon Draft, both part of their Happy Hour specials: 2 off Margaritas 1 off Drafts To start, we ordered the Spinach Artichoke Dip, which came with a variety of fresh, crisp vegetables, tortilla chips, and crostini rounds that were absolutely delicious. Everything was perfectly balanced—not too salty, just the right crunch, and packed with flavor. For our main dish, we went all in with the Meat Lover’s Pizza, loaded with hamburger, pepperoni, and salami and bacon. This pizza was cooked perfect and quite frankly, blew us away! During Happy Hour all pizzas are 3 off!! Then, for round two, we went with springtime perfection in a glass: Strawberry Basil Margarita – Tequila, Triple Sec, Lime Basil Sour Mix, Strawberry Puree, garnished with a sugar rim and fresh strawberries. Sparkling Strawberry Sangria – A refreshing blend of Sparkling Rose, Strawberry Vodka, fresh Strawberry Slices, topped with a splash of Sprite. These drinks were light, fresh, and absolutely perfect for a warm patio day. Highly, highly recommend! To top it all off, our waitress Stevie was incredible, providing excellent service and making sure our experience was top-notch. An outstanding restaurant with unique and wonderful food and an exceptional level of customer care. The menu offers chef’s variations on common foods to make them interesting and delicious. The physical design of their building provides a stylish, clean and comfortable environment. While traveling, my wife and I found ourselves at a nearby hotel in Chesterfield, MO. I decided to seek out a non-franchise restaurant in hopes of experiencing the local fare in a nice environment with reasonable prices. Firefly Grill is the place we chose, and we achieved our goals and more. The owner, Christy, greeted us, welcomed us and gave us a choice of tables with our comfort in mind. Our server, Kyle, was most helpful in suggesting food from the menu as well as modifications that would satisfy my special dietary needs. When the meal was delivered by another server, Kyle was quick to note that it was wrong (due to a miscommunication in the kitchen). The meal had come out without the modifications he requested. He immediately took it back for a remake, and soon after Christy returned to apologize and offer us some compensation while we waited. That gave us an opportunity to get to know her drive, her kindness, and her friendly personality. She is a wonderful owner and customer satisfaction is a very high priority. I highly recommend the Firefly Grill.

We enjoyed a nice dinner at the Firefly. He had the cajun pasta and I had the sweet and tangy salad with salmon. We cleaned our plates and didn’t let any go to waste. Definitely worth a stop! Food is upscale with a nice casual feel inside. Service was top notch.

Firefly Bar & Grill was a fantastic choice for a recent lunch with friends. We especially enjoyed the patio atmosphere. The service was top-notch, and the fish and chips were both delicious and beautifully plated. It was a real bonus that dogs are allowed on the patio, as one of my friends brought his. Highly recommend for a relaxed get-together!
